ASC HARDCAR International F.Z.C., a German-led company, has been proudly operating in the United Arab Emirates for over a decade. Based in Umm Al Quwain, it boasts one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities for civilian armored vehicles in the UAE and the Middle East. Specializing in the design and production of armored civilian vehicles, ASC HARDCAR International offers a range of models, including the Toyota Land Cruiser 300, 200, and HILUX, with many other brands and models available upon request.
Certified Protection
ASC HARDCAR International's commitment to excellence is unwavering, as they continually strive to exceed expectations. The Toyota Land Cruiser 300 has undergone rigorous testing and certification processes, demonstrating this dedication. Certified in accordance with BRV 2009, level VR7, and ERV 2010, edition 3, at Beschussamt Mellrichstadt in March 2022, the vehicle meets high standards of protection. Additionally, following the successful ERV certification, ASC HARDCAR International secured further certification for the same vehicle under STANAG 4569, edition 3, during the summer of 2022 at IABG in Lichtenau, Germany. The Toyota Land Cruiser 300 boasts certifications for both a 4-meter side blast and an additional 2-meter side blast, underscoring its superior protective capabilities.
Safety Matters
In accordance with PAS 301, ASC HARDCAR International’s vehicle concept will undergo rigorous testing and certification procedures specifically tailored for civilian armored vehicles (CAVs). This standard outlines detailed methodologies for evaluating various aspects of CAVs, including payload capacity, acceleration, maximum speed, handling, braking, and run-flat capabilities. PAS 301 also establishes performance categories to effectively assess and compare different CAV models.
More Than a Promise: Guaranteed Quality
Each vehicle manufactured by ASC HARDCAR International comes with the following warranty coverage:
A minimum of 24 months or 18,640 miles (30,000 kilometers), whichever comes first, warranty on the OEM base vehicle.
A minimum of 3 years warranty against delamination and cracking of ballistic glass, excluding damage from vehicle incidents, impacts, or user negligence.
A minimum of 5 years warranty on the armored steel, all modifications and up-armoring to the OEM base vehicle.
A minimum of 10 years warranty against any vehicle door sagging due to increased weight.
Anytime, Anyplace: Service and Support
No matter how distant or challenging the destination, ASC HARDCAR International will deliver. With in-house logistics collaborating with accredited freight forwarders, the company provide practical delivery solutions that meet all expectations. Furthermore, ASC HARDCAR International's technicians -experienced in war zones and hostile environments- are prepared to travel to any location where ASC-manufactured vehicles require service or repair.
Unique and Life-Saving: H.E.A.T Driver Training
Special security vehicles are not ordinary cars. While they may look like standard models from the outside, the additional weight and technical modifications result in different handling characteristics. A skilled driver must understand the forces acting on an armored vehicle and, more importantly, how these forces impact their ability to control it.
More than ten years ago, ASC began offering specialized driver safety training to help customers better understand these unique features. Since then, the training has been continuously improved. Today, participants from around the world attend this exclusive training in Dubai.
This comprehensive 5-day course helps students build confidence behind the wheel of an armored vehicle, mastering critical skills such as ambush escape, convoy tactics, checkpoint procedures, technical rescue, IED detection, tactical medicine, and much more.
